Our first contemporary dance retreat for beginners is happening this August on the island of Aegina, Greece.
Five days of dance, rest, nature and community together with people from across Europe.

Our classes are tailored to accommodate adults of all fitness levels. While dance is a physical activity, our instructors ensure that routines are manageable and focus on gradual progression. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.
Yes, you can! We often offer trial classes for newcomers to experience a session before signing up for a full program. It’s a great way to get a feel for our teaching style and the class environment.
It’s completely normal to feel that way when starting something new. Our classes are all about personal growth and enjoyment, not judgment or competition. You’ll find our dance community supportive and encouraging, making it easier to overcome any initial hesitations.
Comfort is key! We recommend wearing clothing that allows you to move freely. Flexible workout attire, such as leggings, t-shirts, or comfortable pants, is ideal. For footwear, socks or bare feet are usually suitable for beginners, but we will provide specific recommendations based on the dance style.
